I’m Elena — a mom, wife, and passionate Holistic Nutritionist.
Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming a doctor and helping people heal. Life first took me in a different direction: I became a mathematician, data scientist, and earned an MBA in international business and marketing. For more than 20 years, I worked in top corporate positions, leading teams and supporting clients. The constant stress and “24/7 lifestyle” eventually led me to severe burnout. My body gave me clear warning signs: chronic fatigue, insomnia, hormonal imbalance, frequent colds, and metabolic issues. Conventional medicine offered me prescriptions that only masked the symptoms while creating new ones. I realized it was time to take my health into my own hands — to listen to my heart and return to my true calling: helping people heal naturally.
Immigrating to Canada opened the door to this new path. In 2025, I graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN), Vancouver, and became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP). My two years of intensive study included chemistry, anatomy, physiology, pathology of disease, body metabolism, herbal medicine, and symptomatology, alongside over 200 hours of clinical practice. I gained valuable hands-on experience at the Breakthrough ADHD Center, the Healing House, and in my private practice.
Today, nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients regain energy, balance, and confidence in their bodies. Their feedback inspires me every day and fuels my passion for holistic healing. I believe that becoming a nutritionist is not just a career choice — it’s my destiny and my passion.
